I came across this chart and thought it would be of great interest to anyone looking to take out a loan in the near future. It shows how buying or selling a house while interest rates are low is the best for either getting a higher price, or buying more home for the money. It's not easy to find a benefit that works for both a buyer and a seller, but this just might be the Holy Grail of real estate markets :-)
